Time Flies

Wow!  This month has flown by and I've only posted once.  It's been a busy month.  There were days I spent in bed due to fibro, but I've had more good days than bad ones this month.  I've been able to work in my yard which I love to do.  We planted our garden and it's now waiting to be hoed.  Hoeing is not my favorite thing to do at all.  In fact, I hate hoeing.

My sister and her hubby took Andrew and me to the Gatlinburg area last Thursday for a mini vacation to a water park.  We had a blast.  We also visited the aquarium and were amazed by all the different types of fish, sharks, crabs, sting rays and jellyfish.  Andrew was especially in awe of the sharks.  I'll have to admit it was an effort to keep up with the little man. He has much more energy than I do and I'm quickly reminded that I'm no longer a spring chicken!

I loved spending time with my sister.  There are no words to express how much I love her and how much she means to me.  Her hubby behaved himself and that's all I could ask for.  HA HA HA  No mushy mushy stuff for him.

My youngest son will turn 26 May 30th.  Yes, time does fly.  Enough about that or I'll be in tears.

I'm missing my other son and his wife.  Seems like forever since I've seen them even though it's been two weeks.  Gotta fix that!

I spent Mother's Day weekend in Mississippi with my mom.  Doing so was extra special for me.  She had no clue I was coming home and being able to surprise her and Daddy was a thrill.

This pretty much brings me up to date for May (in a nutshell).  I will probably post some photos later.  For now, I'm going to bed.

Sweet dreams.

You've had a full month, little sister. I was telling twin sis the other day that I can't believe it's the end of May 2012 already. Nuts! I'm so far behind, I was writing the date recently and wrote "2010." HA!

I have to mark the days off the calendar just to keep track of which day of the week it is. I wish time would slow down a little. It's going so fast. The older I get, the faster it goes.
